Requirements
- Around 10 years of hands-on experience selling in enterprise environments, with a real feel for the full sales cycle.
- A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding your sales quota, which you can speak to in specifics.
- Sellers at every level are welcome — quota-carrying individual contributors, managers who lead selling teams, and VPs running regional or global sales organizations.
- Day-to-day fluency with the standard enterprise stack (Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office), and the comfort to pick up tools like Slack, HubSpot, Notion, Aircall, Stripe, Intercom, Zoho, and Microsoft Teams.
- Genuine depth in CRM administration, sales process management, pipeline tracking, and data-driven reporting.
- Strong writing and a good eye for polish — you can turn a complex situation into a clear, professional, customer-facing artifact.
