What this role involves
Mercor is recruiting UK-based investment-banking and M&A specialists for an AI research project. The work involves creating, reviewing, and evaluating realistic banking and transaction scenarios spanning financial modeling, valuation, company and industry analysis, due diligence, pitch materials, and deal-execution support.

Requirements
- Professional experience in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, valuation, or transaction execution
- Experience with financial modeling, company analysis, due diligence, pitch materials, market research, or deal support
- Comfort interpreting financial statements and valuation outputs and translating them into clear recommendations
- Experience at a leading global investment bank or another firm with a strong M&A practice
- Based in the United Kingdom with the right to work in the United Kingdom
- Availability for a resume/work-history screen and a short M&A expertise interview
