Post-acceptance troubleshooting
The most common explanation is that acceptance, onboarding, and project assignment are separate states. Check your official account for unfinished steps, then use support when a documented step appears stuck. No platform can be assumed to provide immediate or continuous work.
A platform can accept your profile, add you to a talent network, or finish onboarding without assigning you to a paid project. A project may still require a separate match, qualification, contract, or client approval.
Being in a network means the platform may consider you for future work. It does not establish current demand for your exact country, language, specialty, seniority, schedule, or rate.
A new project can add its own assessment, interview, calibration task, credential check, work-authorization rule, or tool requirement. Passing a general screen does not automatically satisfy every project.
Client demand can pause, end, or fill quickly. Platforms can have more qualified people than available tasks. Matching may depend on country, time zone, language, domain, experience, availability, and the project's capacity.
Check the official dashboard and email for an incomplete profile, unsigned agreement, assessment, identity check, payment setup, tax form, availability question, or project invitation. Use only the verified platform and its named payment provider.
Platforms may review identity, duplicate accounts, credentials, location, work eligibility, task quality, or policy compliance. Do not create replacement accounts, borrow an identity, or change documents to bypass a review.
A project can be paused, reach capacity, or finish after you qualify. That can remove tasks without changing your broader account status.
Advertised rates may belong to a specific role or project. A later project can use different terms, and task volume can fluctuate. Review the current engagement terms before accepting work.
When onboarding is complete, no deadline was promised, and the official page says matching depends on demand.
When a required step is broken, a stated review window has passed, or your account shows conflicting status.
Compare other legitimate platforms and current roles, but do not assume that another acceptance will produce work.
