Fact checking jobs and AI evaluation
Fact-checking is one of the clearest skill overlaps with AI response review, especially when tasks ask whether an AI answer is accurate and well-supported.
Short answer
Some AI evaluation tasks involve factuality checks, source comparison, and written explanations. They are not the same as newsroom fact-checking jobs, and requirements vary by platform.
The object being checked is the model answer
This page owns factuality work: whether claims in an AI output are supported, contradicted, current, or too uncertain to state confidently. It does not own general content moderation, grammar review, or broad research employment.
