What this role involves

Mercor is engaging experienced B2B sales professionals to evaluate how well AI systems perform real-world sales work. Contributors define grading criteria and score AI-generated and human prospecting sequences, outreach emails, discovery and demo plans, account and territory plans, proposals, mutual action plans, forecasts, and pipeline reviews, providing rigorous written justifications.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional B2B sales experience, including quota-carrying roles
  • Experience as an Account Executive or Sales Development Representative selling into large enterprises
  • Deep fluency in outbound prospecting and sequencing, discovery and qualification, multi-stakeholder deal management, pipeline hygiene and forecasting, and structured sales methodologies
  • Exceptionally strong written communication and the ability to explain why work would or would not land with a real buyer
  • Consistent, detail-oriented judgment and comfort with peer review and calibration
  • Prior AI training, evaluation, or human-data project experience is a plus
