micro1 is engaging Commercial Attorneys to contribute to a confidential project at the intersection of law and AI. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
The work draws directly on day-to-day commercial contracting practice: reviewing agreements, marking up drafts, and applying company policy positions the way in-house counsel would.
What you’d do
- Review and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and similar documents, in accordance with established playbooks and policies.
- Analyze drafts to identify key issues and determine applicable company positions and acceptable fallback outcomes.
- Draft clear, reasoned written explanations detailing the rationale behind each redline or revision.
- Apply advanced contract drafting, negotiation, and technology transactions knowledge to real-world legal documents.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure consistency of standards and interpretations throughout the engagement.
