What this role involves
Clinical Data Annotation: Review and label clinical text, EHR data, and case notes for use in AI model training. Identify and validate medical entities, diagnoses, treatment pathways, and outcomes relevant to family medicine. Quality Review & Validation: Audit annotated datasets for clinical accuracy and consistency. Cross-check outputs generated by AI models to ensure medical soundness. You will be engaged as an independent contractor. Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.

Requirements
- MD or DO degree with specialization in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- 2+ years of clinical experience in in-patient or hospitalist care settings
- Direct professional or academic experience relevant to Family Medicine / Primary Care Physician/MD (San Francisco based, Talent Network)
- Ability to complete the role-specific evaluation or contribution work described by Mercor
- Ability to meet the current location and availability requirements
