What this role involves
Mercor is engaging experienced marketing professionals to evaluate how well AI systems perform real-world marketing work. Contributors define grading criteria and score AI-generated and human creative briefs, campaign concepts, brand-positioning and messaging frameworks, ad copy, scripts, integrated plans, and client presentations, with detailed written justifications and reviewer-driven iteration.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional marketing or advertising experience
- Experience as a creative director, account lead, or brand strategist at a top-tier global creative agency, or in a senior brand-marketing role at a leading consumer company
- Deep fluency in creative briefs, cross-channel campaign development, brand positioning and messaging, and judging creative work against a brief and business objective
- Exceptionally strong written communication
- Consistent, detail-oriented judgment and comfort with peer review and calibration
- Prior AI training, evaluation, or human-data project experience is a plus
- Specialized media-planning or measurement experience is not required
