What this role involves
We are looking for certified pharmacy technicians to help evaluate AI systems that support medication-related workflows. You will review AI-generated responses for accuracy, safety, clarity and completeness, and correct them using your hands-on pharmacy knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
** - Assess AI-generated answers on medication topics for clinical accuracy, patient safety, clarity and completeness, and note where evidence is lacking. - Fix wrong or incomplete answers and write structured notes explaining the correction. - Answer medication questions from the supplied patient context, reference material and labelling guidance. - Check pharmacy workflow steps such as sig codes, NDCs, days-supply calculations and insurance adjudication.
- Escalate unclear clinical context, conflicting guidance or anything that could affect patient safety. - Apply project rubrics consistently and join calibration sessions. - Follow project guidelines, take part in calibration and review sessions, and incorporate feedback to keep quality consistent.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of medication safety, drug interactions and pharmacy best practice.
- Clear written English.
- Commitment to patient privacy and de-identification standards.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior authorisation or specialty pharmacy experience.
- Experience with pharmacy software (for example Epic Willow or PioneerRx).
- AI evaluation, clinical content review or healthcare data annotation experience.
