Requirements
- 4+ years of professional electrical engineering experience, with significant hands-on work in one or more areas such as power systems, power electronics, industrial controls, embedded systems, analog/digital circuit design, RF/communications, signal processin…
- Deep knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals, including circuit analysis, electronics, electromagnetics, signals & systems, control fundamentals, and safe engineering practices (grounding, isolation, protection, EMC/EMI).
- Strong comfort with engineering calculations, assumptions, constraints, unit consistency, and defensible reasoning (including limitations and safety considerations).
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or closely related) required; Master’s/PhD, PE/Chartered, or advanced professional certifications strongly preferred.
- Previous experience with AI data training, annotation, red-teaming, or evaluating AI-generated technical content is a strong plus.
