Requirements
- PharmD or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm/MPharm) and active pharmacist licensure (or eligibility), with strong grounding in pharmacology, therapeutics, and medication safety.
- 5+ years of professional experience in pharmacy practice (community, hospital, ambulatory care, clinical pharmacy, managed care, or similar).
- Confident in pharmacotherapy reasoning (indication-based selection, dosing, titration, monitoring, deprescribing) and explaining why a recommendation follows from the evidence.
- Strong understanding of disease states, guideline-based therapy, medication reconciliation, and patient care workflows across settings (ED/inpatient/outpatient).
- Exceptional attention to detail when fact-checking drug content and identifying unsafe assumptions, missing contraindications, interaction risks, allergy considerations, or misinterpretation of labs; minimum C1 English proficiency.
