Mercor's payment guide describes weekly Wednesday payouts for hourly contractors, with Stripe or Wise assigned by region. Other payment types have their own arrangements. micro1's payroll policy describes two cycles each month, and its setup guide identifies Deel as the contract/payroll platform. A payroll schedule tells you when eligible earnings are processed; it does not establish how much payable work you will receive. It also need not be the date funds reach your bank. Eligibility to be considered is not an assignment. For your own records, distinguish an application submitted, screening completed, an offer received and paid work actually approved. 5. Use a two-role comparison, not a universal winner

An original decision exercise: choose one suitable role from each provider. For each, record the task, evidence required, applicant location, commitment, payment unit, remaining application steps and unanswered questions. Label something as unknown rather than filling it with a platform-wide assumption. Prioritize the application with the clearer match to your skills and constraints. A role you cannot perform or whose location requirements you do not meet is not improved by an attractive advertised rate.
