What this role involves
We are looking for chemists to help train and evaluate AI models on chemical reasoning. You will design rigorous chemistry questions, review AI responses for scientific accuracy and chemical validity, and write reference responses.

** - Design rigorous, domain-relevant chemistry questions. - Review AI responses for scientific accuracy, logical consistency and chemical validity. - Write reference responses with clear justification covering reaction mechanisms, experimental design and data interpretation. - Review chemistry data, questions and solutions from other experts for accuracy and completeness. - Document errors in model reasoning and explain the correct approach. - Provide structured written feedback aligned with current best practice.
- Follow project guidelines, take part in calibration and review sessions, and incorporate feedback to keep quality consistent.
