We are looking for chemists with deep expertise in a specific subdiscipline to help train and evaluate AI models. You will write and review questions in your area and judge the correctness of AI answers.

Key Responsibilities
** - Write and review chemistry questions in your subdiscipline (organic, inorganic, physical, analytical or computational). - Assess AI answers for correctness and explain errors. - Write reference answers with clear mechanistic or quantitative justification. - Review other experts' questions for difficulty and accuracy. - Give structured written feedback. - Follow project guidelines, take part in calibration and review sessions, and incorporate feedback to keep quality consistent.
