Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in brand strategy, product marketing, strategy consulting, or integrated marketing strategy (agency or in-house).
- Strong command of positioning and messaging (value prop, proof points, objections, narrative, and tone adaptation).
- Demonstrated ability to develop customer insights (qual/quant research interpretation, personas/JTBD, segmentation).
- Strong strategic reasoning: translating ambiguous goals into clear strategy, prioritization, and measurable choices.
